關於展覽
我們由到巴爾幹旅遊開始，從開會認識，到在港每周聚面，一起畫人像，做五幅裁，私房菜式的中西美點聚餐。更重要的是一起辦巴爾幹印象展覽，先在香港預展，再到塞爾維亞皮洛特市正式展出。這個經驗使我們更相信自己的團結力量，可以打破語言的障礙，體驗到人與人，不論甚麼國家，甚麼種族，都可以以畫會友，以畫交流，是多美麗的經歷啊!
大家的創作就是我們在東方生活成長的一群人，眼中心中的情懷與感悟。無論在那兒，無論用甚麼媒介表達，都是那個意識，那個情態啊！這就是為甚麼我們定這展覽的名稱為東方情韻，就是代表我們來自東方的一群朋友的情懷。但願因著我們這份藝術情懷能感動各地藝術愛好者。

About the exhibition
In this exhibition, our works reflect the perceptions and sentiments we have developed growing up in the East. No matter the place or the medium with which we work, the same consciousness guides our senses and emotions. This is why we named the exhibition “Oriental Perspectives”. We hope our works will communicate our Eastern sensibilities to the audience and our passion for art will resonate with art lovers from around the world.
After the establishment of Friends of White Box, we wanted to repeat last year’s experience. With the support of Mr. Nebojša of the Gallery Milić of Mačva, we are holding Friends of White Box’s first exhibition in Kruševac. This year we have the participation of 27 friends working in various media. Some of us have been to Kruševac several times already and are acquainted with the history and culture of the town. We are very pleased to have the chance to revisit old haunts and present our works.
